My Story
Like so many others called to the healing arts, my journey began with a traumatic event. It was an ending but also a beginning.
This opportunity, as I chose to see it, was to transcend the boundaries of my known experience.
Over 20 years ago I was handed a flyer for a reiki workshop and it felt like a sign. It was the beginning of such a period of profound change and growth that I'd never known was possible.
After feeling the connection to love that reiki provided, I just had to know more about the body, mind, and spirit dynamic. I believe I'd been gifted a key to a deeper, richer life.
Digging deeper, it was my immersion into transpersonal art therapy that sparked the search for self-knowledge. The way opened and I began my study of Advaita Vedanta, a non-dualistic spiritual philosophy that is so simple and yet so profound. The principle that my true nature is divine, and therefore limitless rang true.
It is through this lens that I work with clients as they explore their true nature.
