Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word reiki comes from the Japanese word {REI} which means "soul" and {KI} which means "energy". It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. Energy needs to be strong and free flowing to assist in keeping both body and mind in a positive state. When our energy flow is weak or blocked it can lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

Are you ready to dive into the transformative and profound spiritual healing art of reiki?
This will be an exciting opportunity to learn Usui reiki ryoho ~ shoden level 1 reflecting the practices taught by the founder Mikao Usui.
This immersive full day course is a blend of theory, practical hands-on experience and deep knowledge of reiki to make sure you feel confident by the end of the day. It includes;
~ the history of reiki
~ the five principles & three pillars of reiki
~what is reiki
~ understanding & connecting to energy
~ how to do reiki on self and others
~ your lineage
~ chakras
~ reiki and the nervous system
~ energy cleansing and breathing techniques
Each student will receive a comprehensive manual, your attunement to reiki, a certificate and four x 1 hour support sessions.
REIKI 1 SHODEN COURSE ~ $333
This is the 'beginning' of your reiki journey and is available as a one on one training. The day and time for the course are arranged according to mutual availability.
During the course, you will learn about the founder, principles and history of reiki, how to perform reiki on yourself and on others and about the energetic body. Most importantly there is a strong focus on the three pillars and five principles of reiki and we take an in-depth look at how they are fundamental in creating positive change in our way of being.
This is a full day course and includes theory and practical hands-on experience. You will receive your attunement, a comprehensive manual and a certificate.
We cover a lot of material so ongoing support is included in the cost of this course. This may be in the form of phone, email or in-person support. Four 1 hour support sessions are included in the cost.
A $50 deposit is payable on booking.
There is no pre-requisite for level 1.

REIKI 2 OKUDEN COURSE ~ $250
This reiki level 2 course is available as a one on one training and runs for approximately 4 hours. Okuden means "inner teachings" and shows us the deeper meaning and connection to Usui reiki.
Although Okuden is known as the practitioner level, it's not only for people who wish to practise reiki professionally but for anyone who feels called to go deeper into their reiki journey.
While reiki 1 opens the heart, reiki 2 expands your consciousness and increases your intuition and ability to connect with your higher wisdom.
In this course, you will learn the sacred symbols, sending energy and distance healing. My aim is that you will leave feeling confident in your abilities and ready to share your gift.
You will receive a comprehensive manual, proxy teddy bear (for distance healing) and a certificate.As with all my courses, you will receive ongoing support in the form of phone, email and in-person as required.
$50 deposit is payable on booking.
Reiki 1 is a prerequisite for this course.

REIKI 3 SHINPIDEN COURSE ~ $480
This is the one on one master/teacher course. Shinpiden means "mystery teachings" and brings in self-empowerment and a strong energetic connection to the source of Reiki.
This level is undertaken over two sessions. The first is a half-day preparation for getting the most out of your master attunement. Followed by a one day training.
During the day we will explore what it means to be a reiki master, covering the principles and commitment to your journey. You will learn the master symbol and receive your master attunement. This course covers how to give attunements to others, how to set up your manuals, practice and more.
For the cost of this course you receive your comprehensive manual, master generator crystal and certificate.
As with all my courses you also receive ongoing support in the form of phone, email and in-person as required. As my learning of reiki continues I will pass on updated information to my students.
A $50 deposit is payable on booking.
Reiki 2 is a prerequisite for this course.
